2019 Bacchanal Jamaica Carnival!

Bacchanal Jamaica has become the main facet of Carnival in Jamaica’s season and continues to grow from strength to strength, commanding thousands of fun lovers, soca junkies and celebrities to participate, celebrate and spread ‘one love’. Revelers eagerly anticipate the schedule which sees Bacchanal band launch in early November and the opening of the Mas Camp in February 2019, with weekly reveling leading to the climax of Beach J’ouvert, Bacchanal J’ouvert and, of course, the Road March.

Guyana Mashramani 2019!

Guyana’s “Mashramani”, with its name rooted in the culture of its indigenous Amerindians, means “the celebration of a job well done". It is popularly referred to as “Mash”, and is observed on the 23 February – Guyana’s Republic Day – to commemorate the “Birth of the Republic”. The festivities climax with Republic Anniversary celebrations on February 23rd and Mashramani, has since evolved into a genuine national cultural event.

01-19 Happy New Year & Bahamas Junkanoo!

Happy New Year to all our FANS, and a brand new start to the Carnival Season kicking off with Bahamas Junkanoo!  Marked by vibrant color and intense brass music, this year's Junkanoo Parade competition proved to be as fierce as ever!  Congratulations to Valley Boys who have already been named as unofficial winners in the A Category.

"Junkanoo, the National Festival of The Bahamas, is an expression of Bahamian art and culture. Large groups parade with elaborate costumes, dancing or playing goatskin drums, horns, bells, or whistles, as thousands watch and dance along."
